- Meeting monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques is essential.
- Responsibilities also include handling incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Strong communication skills and command of the English language are necessary. Knowledge of Malayalam is an added advantage.
- A working knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite, is required.
