Drive Success As A Project Lead

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and clients, ensuring project objectives are met efficiently.
- Implement an effective project management framework for interior fit-out projects to drive success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project timelines, monitor changes/variations, and ensure seamless execution while meeting client needs and business objectives.
- Coordinate teamwork among project stakeholders, maintaining open communication with client SMEs and ensuring they are up-to-date on project status.
- Oversee the design and project management/site delivery team's performance of delegated responsibilities, driving high-quality outcomes.
- Negotiate and coordinate with vendors/business partners throughout project completion, fostering strong relationships.
- Establish formal reporting arrangements on project progress for clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 4 years of experience in building construction industry projects.
- Relevant experience managing multiple corporate/workplace interior fit-out projects, driving results through efficient project planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Civil or Mechanical Engineering/Construction management or related field.
- Familiarity with individual trades/subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs, enabling effective coordination.
- Strong team management/client-facing experience, coupled with technical expertise.
- Ability to work under pressure without compromising quality/customer satisfaction.
- Independence working with minimal supervision, taking ownership of tasks.
