Key Responsibilities:">
  • Visual Content Creation: Design engaging graphics for various platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, digital ads, and brochures.
  • Tailor designs to meet project-specific requirements while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Master Industry Tools: Work with industry-standard software like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva, gradually taking on more complex design challenges as your skills develop.
  • Assist with video editing tasks, such as trimming, adding transitions, and creating animations using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with marketers, writers, and designers to brainstorm ideas and execute projects, actively participating in team meetings and offering creative input.
  • Help maintain consistent branding across all digital and print materials, from logo placement to color schemes, and support in building brand guidelines to ensure uniformity in visual representation.
  • Campaign Design: Assist in creating social media banners, email headers, infographics, and ad creatives for marketing campaigns, experimenting with trending design styles to keep campaigns fresh and appealing.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor designs, and evolving aesthetics, contributing to mood boards and visual concepts that set the tone for creative projects.
  • UX and Digital Design Basics: Learn to design user-friendly interfaces that enhance the user experience, assisting with optimizing website visuals, layouts, and mobile-friendly content.
  • Review designs to ensure accuracy, alignment, and quality, identifying and resolving minor issues before submission.

  • Practical knowledge of graphic design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout techniques.
  • Expertise in industry-standard software like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, as well as basic exposure to UI/UX design concepts.
