Junior Motion Designer Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Junior Motion Designer to join our team. As a key member of our Creative team, you will play a crucial role in supporting projects and contributing to innovative visual solutions.

About the Role:

  • Create engaging motion designs that meet clients' objectives and align with campaign strategy.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to bring visions to life.
  • Develop brand character and aesthetics across various touchpoints, maintaining consistency and quality.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Concepting and Ideation: Develop digital concepts for early-phase projects, ensuring they are engaging and interactive.
  • Art Direction: Create and refine visual and motion design references to effectively communicate the role of digital content in physical installations.
  • Collaboration: Work with creative teams during conception and pre-production phases to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Asset Production: Follow design systems and champion best practices to produce production-ready designs.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or 3D Animation.
  • Good motion design skills in 2D and/or 3D, with a wide range of styles.
  • Ability to express creative ideas through mockups, mood boards, style frames, and motion prototypes.
  • Familiarity or proficiency with Adobe Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Blender, or similar software.
