We are seeking a skilled Visual Storyteller to join our team.

A successful candidate will be responsible for crafting engaging visuals that communicate the brand's message and capture the audience's attention. This role requires strong creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand design requirements and develop creative concepts.
  • Create original illustrations, graphics, and designs that effectively communicate the brand's message and engage the target audience.
  • Design visually appealing marketing collaterals such as banners, social media posts, brochures, packaging, and promotional materials.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and continuity across all design assets.
  • Keep up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and technological advancements to continually enhance the quality and impact of designs.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in illustration and graphic design, including a range of styles and techniques.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, composition, color theory, and typography.
  • Ability to interpret design briefs and translate them into visually appealing and impactful illustrations and designs.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, ensuring designs align with brand guidelines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
