  • Job Description: Optimize telephony IVR, ACD & Dialer – systems, processes and staff using high-tech methodologies.
  • Design, Development, Deployment, and Management: Telephony, Call Center & AI technologies across the enterprise.

Key Skills:

  • Must have skills: Twilio Flex (Cloud platform), ReactJS, HTML/CSS, Applications Development, AI.
  • Secondary skills that desired on top of above: Cisco, CVP Call STudio/ICM Scripting, SQL, Python, CUCM.

Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in the field.
  • Experience with Contact Center technologies (Genesys, Alvaria/Aspect, AWS, NICE/INContact, Five9, Nuance, Twilio (TwiML, Studio and Flex), BrightPattern, WFM systems, etc.).
