Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled BESS Engineer to join our team in Rajasthan. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in the successful deployment and maintenance of our energy storage solutions.

About Our Company:

Our company is a leading enterprise in China's wind power converter market and top 10 photovoltaic inverter brand. We have 5 R&D and manufacturing bases, 30+ global service bases, and sales and service centers in various countries, with around 2,200 employees, including more than 600 R&D engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site technical support for BESS product installation, debugging, maintenance, and modification.
  • Manage on-site troubleshooting and guide customers to handle simple faults by themselves.
  • Oversee spare parts management, tracking, and inventory to ensure normal operation of the unit.
  • Maintain customer relationships, communicate regularly with customers, and organize feedback from customers.
  • Familiarize yourself with the working principle of our products, understand power distribution diagrams, and user manuals, providing simple training to customers.
  • Comply with departmental rules and report work on time.

Requirements:

  • English as primary working language
  • Self-motivated mindset, able to plan in ambiguous situations, biased towards action
  • Working experience in the energy storage industry, with preference given to those experienced in central PCS or BESS systems
  • Based in Rajasthan preferred but not mandatory
