About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Processes Associate Consultant to join our team. As a Business Processes Associate Consultant, you will be responsible for creating business blueprints, preparing solution architectures, and delivering solutions as per the business blueprint and technical design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create business blueprints as per functional requirements provided
  • Prepare solution architectures and produce technical design documents
  • Deliver solutions as per business blueprints and technical designs
  • Work as part of a large team or work independently, guiding team members as needed
  • Flexibility to work on various skills and proactive approach to delivery
  • Position solutions to customers at the pre-sales stage
  • Drive enablement of the team

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in at least one of the following: SAP Analytics Cloud, SAC Planning, S/4HANA Analytics, SAP Datasphere (Data Warehouse Cloud – DWC)
  • 2-3 full life cycle implementations exposure
  • Expert-level knowledge of at least one of the SAP data warehousing solutions like SAP BW/4HANA or SAP HANA (esp. HANA Cloud or HANA 2.0) for both modeling and scripting, including the ability to write complex stored procedures
  • High-level knowledge of various replication methods to HANA or BW
  • Architectural knowledge of deployment modes of various SAP Analytics solutions (Cloud, On-Premise, Hybrid) would be a plus
  • Ability to work in or drive large engagements of team size 10+
  • Good core consulting skills – oral and written communication, organization and planning, client-facing and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of the latest trends in Analytics space, including platforms and solutions from other vendors
  • Knowledge on S/4HANA Analytics like building and extending CDS Views, creating Query Views or building KPIs using KPI Modeller is preferred
  • Hands-on experience in advanced analytics domains like Predictive Analytics or SAC Smart Features, SAC Application Designer is a plus
  • Hands-on knowledge of related planning solutions like BPC, TPM, BW-IP will be nice to have and will give added advantage

About the Team

We are responsible for implementing data warehousing, planning, and reporting solutions based on SAP S/4HANA Analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAC Planning, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, in various industry and functional domains. We interact with onsite team members or at times directly with customers to understand requirements or build as per given designs. We are also responsible for technical implementation of the business model, performance improvements, replication of data from source systems, and reporting or planning on top of data warehousing using one of the SAP solutions.
