Job Description:

As a skilled professional, you will lead or participate in Oracle Fusion HCM technical implementations, leveraging expertise in OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, and Extracts to deliver innovative solutions. Your hands-on experience in Fast Formulas will enable you to develop, test, and maintain them to meet client-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Implementation: Drive the success of Oracle Fusion HCM technical implementations by working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and delivering tailored technical solutions.
  • Fast Formula Development: Develop and maintain Fast Formulas to enhance system functionality, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Custom Solutions: Design and implement custom integrations, extensions, and reports to cater to client needs, driving business growth and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM technical modules.
  • Implementation Expertise: Completed at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations with a focus on Technical deliverables.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise in OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to resolve complex technical challenges efficiently.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills to deliver exceptional solutions.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel onsite as needed for project delivery.
