Technical Consultant

The ideal candidate will serve as a Cloud HCM Technical SME, possessing extensive knowledge and deep domain expertise within the Oracle HCM Suite (Global HR, Learning, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, OTL).

Responsibilities:

• Production support project experience – understanding AMS Ticketing process (Issue Management/Problem Management/Bug-fixing/Change Management), deployment process, Upgrades testing etc.
• Interacting with both offshore and onshore client engagements involving implementation/support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• At least 8+ years of ERP implementation experience with minimum 4+ years of Hands-on Experience with Oracle HCM functional (Any two modules - Global HR, Learning, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, OTL)
• Cloud Technical expertise with Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management in two or more of the following modules: Core HR, OTL, Recruiting (Fusion), Learning, Benefits, Performance Management, Goals, Talent Management.
• Resolving production tickets, patch testing, Change requests. Responsible for requirement analysis and documentation of the respective Oracle environment including engagement with the Oracle customer, Oracle CSI partner, and developer base.
• Collaborating on configurations, bug-fixes, quarterly patch testing, and quality assurance prior to change deployment of the respective Oracle environment in compliance with established standards.
• Managing the System Admin and Security Environment of the Oracle instance as designated by role and persona; key super-permissions for the Oracle environment, patch management, POD (instance) management and provisioning, system configuration, and risk management, role / persona security management and definition, risk management, and system configuration to maintain a secure environment.
• Performing Unit test all high-level functionality including staging test scenarios and do Unit test all technical objects prior to delivery to the client by documenting test results.
• Developing runbooks for all technical objects and analyzing and resolving technical queries during ticket resolution by providing functional guidance to the technical team.

Essential Skills:

For HCM Tech Leads- At least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle HCM as a Technical lead and minimum one production support project experience. Candidate should have strong end-to-end experience in at least a couple of HCM modules (Core HR, Recruiting (Fusion), Benefits, Performance Management, Payroll, Goals, Absence Management, Succession Planning, HR Helpdesk, Talent Review, Onboarding (Fusion), Learning (Fusion)

Additional skills include:

• Willingness to work on challenging production support projects.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to engage directly with clients on detailed technical discussions.
• Experience working with Onshore/NSA/Offshore model.
• Hands-on experience with Fast Formula creation and maintenance, HCM Data Loader, Payroll Batch Loader, HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader, Custom Role Development, and Cloud System Administration services.
• Proficiency in BI Publisher (RTF design/e-text/Scheduling/Parameter Handling/Bursting/back-up and migration of reports to different pods).
• Visual Builder Studio experience, extending application pages, and migrating changes between instances. Knowledge of Visual Builder Studio is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with additional Reporting Tools: HCM Extract, OTBI, Analysis Dashboard.
• Experience transforming formulas and automating inbound loads into HCM using HDL.
• Sysadmin activities, code deployment process, and quality assurance.
• Creating and moving changes via migration sets.
• Extending Cloud through the personalization layer.
