We are seeking an outbound sales specialist to join our logistics team in Kolkata, India. This role requires fluent communication in both Spanish and English and the ability to work in the US shift (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST). The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting new leads, conducting outbound calls, and building relationships with logistics companies, carriers, and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective logistics clients in English and Spanish.
  • Presents and promotes logistics solutions to generate qualified leads.
  • Builds and maintains strong client relationships through professional communication.
  • Accurately documents all interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Collaborates with the logistics team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
  • Meets and exceeds daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Qualifications
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or business development (logistics industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into opportunities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficient with CRM tools and call tracking systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or logistics are an advantage.
