About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Lead and Admin to spearhead the management and optimization of our ServiceNow platform across various modules.

The role involves leading system administration, platform upgrades, automation, catalog design, workflow optimization, and stakeholder engagement across HR, IT, and Facilities departments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage ServiceNow components, including configurations, catalog items, flows, and SLAs.
  • Lead Knowledge Transfer sessions, audits, and configuration governance initiatives.
  • Drive automation, performance tracking, and cross-functional workflows to enhance business efficiency.
  • Evaluate and ensure audit readiness and support compliance efforts by implementing best practices.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for roadmap planning and implementation.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 7 years' experience in managing ServiceNow modules.
  • Expertise in Flow Designer, scripting, ACLs, and integration techniques.
  • Strong background in metrics, SLAs, upgrades, scoped apps, and data handling processes.
