We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow expert with extensive hands-on experience in development, administration, and solutioning. This individual will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for candidates preparing for ServiceNow interviews.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of real-world ServiceNow implementations, scripting, and integrations. They should have the ability to conduct structured training sessions on all major ServiceNow modules, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Security Operations (SecOps), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), and Customer Service Management (CSM).

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver interview training sessions for various ServiceNow modules.
  • Prepare module-wise interview questions from basic to advanced levels.
  • Conduct mock interviews simulating real-world scenarios.
  • Provide guidance on resume preparation, certifications, and career advancement.
  • Deliver scenario-based problem-solving and whiteboard practice exercises.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of ServiceNow experience across multiple modules.
  • Strong knowledge of real-world ServiceNow implementations, scripting, and integrations.
  • Proven track record of conducting ServiceNow interviews at mid/senior/architect levels.
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
  • ServiceNow certifications preferred (CSA, CAD, CIS).
