Responsibilities:

  • Create accurate and timely tax returns by displaying a good understanding of moderate and advanced tax concepts on partnership and corporate tax returns.">
  • Enhance teamwork by communicating effectively with teams in India and the US.">
  • Provide assistance to managers on projects as requested.">
  • Demonstrate independent judgment and decision-making capabilities when preparing tax returns.">
  • Foster a supportive and collaborative team environment.">
  • Manage and lead a team and the team's workflow effectively with minimal assistance.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills">
  • Attention to detail">
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and coaching/mentoring abilities">
  • Experience in US business tax returns (1065/1120) with complex situations">
  • Good knowledge of moderate and complex tax concepts, including forms like 8865, 5471, 5472, and 1116">
  • Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in US Corporate taxation (1065/1120)">
