Highly Skilled Cloud Architect

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud technologies and architecture, as well as excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure customer product readiness, availability, and scale.
- Develop deep understanding of Google Cloud's technology and architecture by diagnosing and resolving customer-reported issues.
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with internal teams like engineering and sales to resolve deployment obstacles.
- Provide customer support globally, working across time zones and potentially during non-standard hours, including weekends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in coding, system design, or troubleshooting technical issues.
- 4 years of experience with Web Tech, Networking, Infrastructure, Containerization, or Linux.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English in a customer-facing role.
