We are seeking a highly skilled Tender Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in tendering and procurement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute technical and commercial bid documents in accordance with specifications, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Manage digital signature registration and catalog uploads on the GeM portal, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
  • Coordinate tender documentation, pre-bid amendments, and compliance reviews, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Liaise effectively with vendors, clients, and government bodies, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
  • Monitor and track pending payments, recovering outstanding dues and minimizing financial risks.
  • Streamline workflows and implement submission trackers, reducing tender turnaround times and improving overall efficiency.
  • Achieve 100% compliance in all bid submissions, adhering to regulatory requirements and company standards.
