Regional Leadership Opportunity

This role requires a seasoned professional to lead and manage teams in a regional setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, team management, and customer service.

About the Role:
  • Lead and manage teams of Area Managers/KAMs to achieve business targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, supervisors, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Bank Regional Officers and Zonal Officers to align on Life Insurance Business strategies.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with a proven track record of achieving business targets and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner and Client Management:
    • Exceeding regional targets (NB, renewal, STP, digitisation, product mix etc)
    • Interact with the Bank Regional Officer and his/her team to ensure alignment towards Tata AIA in life insurance
    • Engage with customers to explain the products and promote the brand
    • Ensure team is focused on Sales and support to all branches assigned
    • Drive local contests and engagements to engage teams
  • Team Management:
    • Assign target to each KAM at a branch level - NB, renewal, STP, resolutions, special projects/initiatives undertaken, product mix.
    • Ensure team is hands on with each branch and maintains a high engagement level with each member
    • Team development and training
    • Retention of high performing talent
  • Customer Service:
    • Ensure adequate customer service - grievance redressal, claim settlement, renewal etc.
Requirements:
  • Essential Skills:
    • Graduation
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
    • Proven track record of achieving business targets and driving sales growth
    • Good product knowledge and MS Office skills
  • Desired Skills:
    • Post graduate/Insurance specific training
    • PSU Banca sales experience in the insurance parlance
Experience:
  • At least 6-8 years experience of sales with at least 2 years experience in leading teams.
