Microsoft Technical Support Role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Process Executive to join our team. This role requires a tech enthusiast with problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand way.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support via phone, chat, and email, troubleshooting network connectivity and software issues, and empowering customers through self-help resources and account management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become proficient in Microsoft products, including Windows, Office, and Surface devices.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues using strong analytical skills.
  • Act as the voice of our customers, actively listening to their concerns and translating their needs to our engineering and product teams.
  • Empower our customers by guiding them through self-help resources, assisting with account management and billing inquiries, and helping with product purchases and sign-in processes.
  • Document every interaction with precision and professionalism, striving for first-contact resolution and escalating when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a technical support or customer service role is essential.
  • A genuine familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Windows and Office, is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and patience, empathy, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand way.
  • A natural problem-solver, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and driven by a passion for customer satisfaction.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute to keep pace with customer interactions.
