Senior Software Engineer Role Overview

We Are Looking for an Experienced Technical Expert to Design and Implement Solutions That Meet Business Requirements.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our IT department. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering technical solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business requirements into system specifications using appropriate terminology to facilitate project progression.
  • Understand HR processes, including performance management and rewards, and the impacts of system changes.
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve existing issues and proactively raise tickets to remove obstacles impacting deployment.
  • Contribute to testing streams for functional scenarios to support quality assurance.
  • Manage quality assurance requirements and tollgates to ensure adherence to IT policy and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Good knowledge of HR services, focusing on Rewards and Performance expertise.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and scope viable solutions.
  • Strong understanding of SuccessFactors Performance and Reward modules, including analysis, design, configuration, and testing of HCM solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
