Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. This role requires strong technical expertise and excellent problem-solving skills to provide top-notch support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide remote technical assistance to customers and partners, resolving complex issues related to our software.
- Document and verify reported problems, troubleshoot, and resolve issues utilizing available tools and resources.
- Log/report issues on our CRM and communicate effectively with customers, peers, and other teams.
- Set issue priority based on urgency and business impact.
- Closely work with customers to understand their needs and provide timely resolutions.
- Mandatory hands-on experience in technologies such as Networking, CentOs Linux, and Windows OS.
- Must have experience in at least two of the following: Contact Center Technologies, Application Support, Telephony experience/SIP, XML scripting, or Object Oriented Programming.
- Nice to have/optional skills include VXML, CCML, RDBMS, Microsoft LUIS/C LU, APIs, SMS, Cloud technologies (AWS and/or Google), and Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Able to work in a fast-paced technical environment.
- Achieve KPIs on a regular basis.
- Flexible working hours to meet customer needs, including weekends.
