About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our organization. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability in our mobile franchise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute tests on new features, tools, and game content to ensure they meet exacting standards.
  • Identify risks quickly and bring clarity to fast-moving, often chaotic scenarios.
  • Create, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases across new and existing game content, tools, and platforms.
  • Document and track issues using bug tracking software from discovery through resolution.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, artists, and product managers to identify potential quality risks early.
  • Reproduce and isolate complex issues to support engineering resolution efforts.
LiveOps QA Responsibilities
  • Ensure quality and stability of all live operations deliveries across mobile and web platforms.
  • Collaborate with Product, Monetization, and Config teams to understand testing requirements and priorities.
  • Test configured Live Events covering economy setups, asset triggers, segmentation logic, and campaign flows.
Feature QA Responsibilities
  • Ensure quality delivery of new features, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Participate in Feature Sprint Cycles and track progress via test planning and execution.
  • Write and maintain Test Plans and Test Cases in Xray.
RequirementsMust Have
  • 5+ years of professional QA experience in games or software testing.
  • Strong understanding of LiveOps processes, config validations, and content testing.
  • Proven ability to work independently in night shifts, staying highly responsive and accountable.
