Supply Chain Professional

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven supply chain professional to manage our operations with a focus on process improvement, cost control, and compliance.

Responsibilities:
  1. SOP Development & Process Compliance
  • Draft, review, and update SOPs aligned with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Ensure operational procedures meet audit requirements
  1. Continuous Improvement (CI) & Project Management
  • Identify and execute CI projects focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and process optimization in procurement, logistics, and warehousing.
  • Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to address root causes and drive measurable improvements.
  1. Data Analytics & Reporting
  • Analyze and report on core supply chain KPIs (lead time, OTIF, inventory turns, supplier performance).
  • Build dashboards and advanced analytical reports using Excel or other relevant tools.
  1. Procurement & Supplier Management
  • Support procurement of APIs, excipients, and packaging materials, ensuring quality compliance and supplier performance.
  • Drive vendor evaluation, qualification, and timely material availability at the site.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with QA, QC, Production, and Planning teams to ensure seamless batch scheduling and material flow.
  • Support audits with accurate documentation and supply chain evidence.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in pharmaceutical supply chain or similar regulated industry.
  • Education: B Tech/ B. Pharma or MBA (in Supply Chain Operations is a plus).
  • Lean Six Sigma (certification preferred).
  • Strong command of MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reporting).
  • Project management experience with ability to lead cross-functional projects.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
