Head - Supply Chain Finance Business Developer

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Finance Business Development Lead to drive our growth in this critical area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales of our supply chain finance products.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote and present our business loan and SCF products and services to distributors and corporates.
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to understand their financing requirements and business goals.
- Customize financial solutions to meet the specific needs of clients, including term loans, lines of credit, equipment financing, and other business lending products.
- Collaborate closely with internal and 3rd party lending partners to develop customized finance solutions that meet client's specific requirements.
- Negotiate loan terms and conditions with clients to achieve mutually acceptable agreements while adhering to company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales within the financial services sector, with a focus on supply chain finance, invoice financing, or related products.
- Strong understanding of supply chain finance principles and how they impact businesses' financial health.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
