Job Title: Oracle Flexcube Technical Consultant

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced techno-functional consultant to support customization and production support for Flexcube core banking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support various Oracle Flexcube modules including Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Trade Finance and Payments etc.
  • Perform requirement gathering , gap analysis and functional design for new business needs.
  • Deliver customizations, interfaces, and reports as per business requirements.
  • Capable of troubleshoot PLSQL APIs and Java based extensions within Flexcube.
  • Manage end-of-day/business operations, parameter setup and issue resolution in production environments.

Required Skills:
  • 8+ Years of experience in Oracle Flexcube as techno-functional consultant.
  • Strong understanding on Oracle Flexcube universal banking base and banking domain process.
  • Good experience in multiple modules (Core, CASA, Loans, Trade finance, Payments, Treasury )
  • Experience in parameterization, customization, and report development.
  • Knowledge on Oracle FLEXCUBE Development Workbench for Direct and Mobile Banking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
