  • Implement and maintain effective tagging systems, guaranteeing clear identification and accessibility of scaffolding structures.">
  • Supervise competent scaffolders responsible for maintenance works on scaffold and staging, prioritizing quality control and adherence to established protocols.">
  • Perform thorough risk assessments and conduct toolbox discussions prior to commencing activities involving working at heights, guaranteeing a secure environment for all personnel.">
  • Collaborate with Scaffolding Inspectors to certify various types of scaffolding for use, recommending necessary changes as required.">
