At our firm, we're on the hunt for a seasoned Senior Interior Designer to spearhead and manage our design team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an accomplished interior designer looking to take on new challenges and expand their professional horizons.

We're seeking someone with strong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop (or similar tools), who can handle a high level of creativity while working under pressure.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field, with 7+ years of experience in interior design, including at least 2+ years in a leadership/managerial role. They should possess a proven portfolio of executed residential and/or commercial interior projects that showcase their skills and style.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading and managing a team of designers
  • Developing creative, functional, and high-quality interior solutions
  • Mentoring junior designers to build a strong design culture
  • Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timelines

A successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and project management skills. They should be able to stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies. Experience in handling client presentations and communicating design intent clearly is also essential.
