Job Title: Creative Visual Strategist

As a creative visual strategist, you will turn brand strategy into compelling visuals and campaigns that drive results.

This role is ideal for a talented designer who can bring a strong visual perspective to eCommerce brands.

  • Design mobile-first, conversion-focused email campaigns and paid ads for eCommerce brands
  • Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to translate briefs into strong visual layouts
  • Create reusable components and Figma templates for faster future execution
  • Suggest improvements in visual hierarchy, layout—not just execute
  • Stay updated on design trends, best practices in email/ads, and what's working in the DTC space

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 2–8 years of experience in design—ideally for eCommerce brands
  • Proficiency in Figma is a must
  • Understanding of layout, spacing, typography, and color
  • Ability to work with minimal direction and deliver polished work quickly
  • Bonus: Experience designing for Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar ESPs
  • Bonus: Experience creating static and motion ads for Meta, TikTok, or other paid platforms
  • Even better: You care about performance, not just aesthetics
