About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead the end-to-end execution of solar water pump installations across multiple states.

  • Ensure quality installations that withstand time and weather, and continuously improve processes to minimize penalties and maximize efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a reliable network of partners with clear agreements, performance monitoring, and training.
  • Ensure seamless workflows within strict timelines including surveys, procurement, dispatch, installation, inspections, RMS integration, and claims submission.
  • Oversee portal uploads, inspections, and penalty waiver processes while ensuring 100% documentation compliance.
  • Drive training programs for partners and internal teams on installation quality, RMS integration, and farmer education.
  • Lead a state-spanning project team with structured daily/weekly/monthly reviews, adherence to SOPs, and strong accountability frameworks.
  • Liaise with government officials, farmers, installation partners, internal customers to resolve delays, escalate issues, and ensure approvals.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks, refine SOPs, and implement corrective/preventive measures to ensure smooth project delivery.
