Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engine optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain an engaging online customer experience.
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of chatbot functionality across various digital platforms.
- Monitor and optimize chatbot performance, leveraging data and analytics to improve engagement, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the content marketing team to develop and distribute engaging content through the chatbot.
- Work closely with the social media team to ensure integration and alignment between chatbot interactions and social media campaigns.
- Support Hyperlocal Marketing Projects for India and APAC market - Build Digital Storefronts for Royal Enfield Dealers - Microsites, Chat (GBM, WhatsApp), deployment of Hyperlocal solution at ground level, measure performance.
- Work closely with the Paid Media team to enable targeted campaigns and personalized messaging to local audiences.
- Engage with cross-functional teams (Sales, After Sales, Accessories, Apparel and Brand Managers.) to brainstorm / capture / understand requirements for Dealer specific campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, tools and industry trends related to chatbot development, hyperlocal marketing, and digital marketing as a whole.
- Measure and report on the performance of chatbot initiatives and hyperlocal marketing campaigns, providing regular updates to management and stakeholders.
- Stay informed about competitors' digital marketing activities and industry best practices, providing recommendations for improvements and competitive positioning.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on chatbot development and hyperlocal marketing.
- Proven proficiency in chatbot development platforms and technologies, such as Dialog Flow, Chatfuel, Yellow ai or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of hyperlocal marketing strategies and techniques, with a demonstrated ability to execute targeted campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems, and digital analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative ideas for digital marketing campaigns.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
