Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled specialist to manage and operate OpenShift Virtualization environments.

Key responsibilities include the installation, maintenance, and operation of these systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

The ideal candidate will possess strong diagnostic skills to resolve issues related to OpenShift, with experience in troubleshooting and problem management.

Additionally, proficiency in managing Windows Servers, including patch management, as well as a solid understanding of networking principles and practices, is required.

Knowledge and management of storage systems and technologies, including storage management in OpenShift (PV, PVC), is also essential.

Experience in bare metal server installation, rack and stack operations, and decommissioning servers is necessary.

Deploying, operating, decommissioning, and migrating virtual machines (V2V and P2V) is also crucial.

Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of systems, configurations, and processes is vital.

Collaboration with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of systems is essential.

Continuously monitoring system performance and security using Prometheus and Grafana to proactively address potential issues is vital.

Rotational shifts may be required to provide 24/7 support.

This role requires a high level of technical expertise and excellent communication skills.
