
Manager of Process Improvement

Are you looking to take on a leadership role where you can make a meaningful impact?
This position of Operations Manager offers the opportunity to manage a team and oversee Accounts Payable processes.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and distributing daily workflow among team members, ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Turnaround Times (TATs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of invoice process specialists
- Ensuring all Accounts Payable processes comply with internal control and audit requirements
- Assisting in internal/external audits with necessary documentation
- Motivating and coaching team members to improve performance
- Identifying and implementing process improvements and automation
Must-haves include:
- Over 4 years of work experience, including team management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion is an advantage
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field; Master's degree in Commerce or MBA preferred
