Job Title: Store Operations Manager

About Us:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Store Operations Manager to manage and streamline store operations at our property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring proper receipt, storage, and issuance of goods.
  • Control inventory management, perform stock audits, and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle procurement and purchasing processes in line with hotel requirements.
  • Prepare purchase orders and coordinate approvals.
  • Monitor supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Develop strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement and inventory.
  • Regularly update management on stock levels, purchase requirements, and cost-saving opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com)
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in storekeeping, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and supply chain processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
