A Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store. They ensure that staff are well-supervised and inventory is managed efficiently.

This role involves working closely with various team members to maintain high operational standards.

  • Responsibilities include managing daily store operations, supervising store staff, maintaining and managing inventory levels, ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations, handling customer complaints and queries professionally, preparing regular reports on inventory, coordinating with suppliers and vendors, and managing local purchases.

Skills required:

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Tally/ERP systems, computer skills, and knowledge of industrial tools, tackles, and consumables.

Qualifications:

  • A Graduate in Commerce or equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • At least 5 years' experience in store management in an industrial setup is required.
  • The candidate should be customer-centric with a positive attitude.
