We are seeking a skilled marketing professional to manage the entire marketing cycle, including lead generation, campaign execution, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will be analytical, creative, and able to turn market data into strategies that drive measurable business growth.
- This role is responsible for planning, executing, and tracking campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, email, social media, paid ads, and offline platforms.
- The successful candidate will maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects, identify potential leads through digital campaigns and research, and hand over qualified leads to the sales team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential leads through various digital channels and events.
- Qualify leads using CRM and industry databases.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
- Execute targeted campaigns to attract new customers.
- Marketing Execution
- Plan and implement cross-channel campaigns to achieve business objectives.
- Create compelling marketing content to engage target audiences.
- Manage brand visibility across online and offline platforms.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to craft customer-centric messaging.
- Marketing Analytics & Insights
- Analyze lead sources, campaign ROI, customer acquisition cost, and conversion rates.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, lead funnel, and market trends.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to refine marketing strategies.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve sales outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, and campaign management.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools).
- Analytical mindset with skills in Excel, Google Analytics, or BI tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and content writing skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B/SaaS/ERP industry marketing.
- Knowledge of marketing automation & drip campaigns.
- Familiarity with Power BI/Tableau for data visualization.
