Our Insights & Advisory team plays a crucial role in analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and business data to inform decision-makers' choices that positively impact their organization's performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead research and MLE activities, including quantitative surveys and qualitative impact stories.
  • Develop and deploy strategic tools and frameworks for conducting primary, secondary research, data collection, and M&E.
  • Effectively collect, evaluate, and synthesize information from multiple sources and summarize it in word reports and presentations.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Professional experience of 7-12 years with sufficient experience in public health research in India and globally.
  • Masters/ MA in Public Health or related field.
  • Excellent consulting, research, MLE, data analysis, and writing capabilities.
  • Experience with strategy execution, measurement, review, and adjustment.
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative knowledge with demonstrated ability to extract appropriate data to convey complex information through supporting tables, graphs, and other visual representations.
  • Knowledge of analytical and visualization software, such as STATA, R, Atlas ti, Power BI, etc.
  • Ability to conduct literature reviews, systematic reviews, and meta-analysis.
  • Ability to be independent and work effectively and with sensitivity across barriers such as language, culture, and distance.
