Process Design Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Design Engineer to support our client's team remotely on defined workscopes within Produced Water Treatment projects.

This role will collaborate with the engineering team to deliver high-quality solutions and drive business results through effective process design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design processes in line with API RP 14E Specifications: Develop, implement, and maintain process designs that meet industry standards and best practices.
  • Prepare and interpret P&IDs, PFDs, and H&MBs: Create accurate and detailed documentation of process systems, including piping and instrumentation diagrams, process flow diagrams, and hydraulic and material balance studies.
  • Sizing and selection of PSVs: Perform thorough analyses to determine the optimal size and type of pressure safety valves for various process applications.
  • Apply separation technologies: Utilize advanced separation technologies, including 3-Phase Separators, Degassers, Hydrocyclones, Gas Flotation, and Filters, to optimize process performance and efficiency.

Essential Skills:

  • Mandatory: Hands-on experience in Produced Water Treatment process design: Possess extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in designing and implementing Produced Water Treatment processes, including the application of relevant industry standards and best practices.
