Job Title: L1 Support Engineer Onboarding

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage onboarding and offboarding activities within customer environments.

The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack administration, Jira ticketing systems, and basic experience with license management across multiple SaaS products.

This role ensures secure and efficient user lifecycle management while supporting day-to-day IT operations.

Key responsibilities include executing onboarding and offboarding procedures for users across customer environments, creating, modifying, and deactivating user accounts in Google Workspace, managing user and channel access in Slack, handling user provisioning tasks in Jira, and assigning and removing user licenses across multiple SaaS applications.

A strong understanding of Google Workspace, Slack user and workspace administration, Jira or equivalent ticketing systems, and basic knowledge of license management across common SaaS platforms is essential.

Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail, ability to follow procedures precisely, willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, good written and verbal communication skills, and strong time management and task ownership abilities.

Exposure to MDM tools, basic knowledge of SaaS platforms, and any certification in IT fundamentals or Google Workspace Admin is highly desirable.
