Senior Audit Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our audit team in a remote service delivery model. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing engagement execution, supervision of staff work, and providing training and coaching to audit teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in accounting and auditing topics and standards, with industry specialization. They should possess excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and people management skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the efforts of multiple client engagements
- Maintaining active communication with clients to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction
- Providing on-the-job training and coaching to audit teams
- Managing multiple audit assignments simultaneously and competing priorities
- Conducting one-to-one meetings with senior associates to discuss technical, soft skills, and career development goals
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
- A CA/CPA qualification
- Minimum 7-9 years of progressive audit experience in a medium to large public accounting firm or equivalent
- Big 4 experience is a plus
