Operations Director

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Operations Director to join our team. As a key member of the leadership group, you will play a critical role in driving day-to-day execution across multiple teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading a high-performing team and ensuring seamless handoffs between teams
  • Designing and implementing processes and SOPs to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Monitoring pipeline throughput and identifying bottlenecks to improve time-to-onboard and submission rates
  • Coordinating training operations and ensuring readiness for placements
  • Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with quality and data privacy standards
  • Cross-functional coordination with HR, Finance, and Sales to ensure smooth handoffs

Requirements include:

  • 5+ years of experience in operations management within staffing, edtech, BPO, or services environments
  • Strong program/project management skills, data-driven decision-making, and obsession with execution
  • Hands-on experience with CRM/ATS, Google Sheets/Excel, and collaboration tools
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and coaching skills
  • Comfort with night shift and U.S. client alignment; thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven setup

Success metrics include reduced time-to-onboard, higher submissions-to-interview conversion, improved show-up and join rates, on-time SOP compliance, and NPS/CSAT improvements from candidates and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, who can thrive in a dynamic environment.

This is a full-time position, working onsite at our Ahmedabad office. The work schedule is 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST (Mon–Fri).
