We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Basis professional to join our team. As the primary contact on bridge calls with clients, you will ensure clear communication and timely issue resolution.

  • You will actively monitor and tune SAP systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Providing end-to-end technical support for SAP environments, including ABAP and JAVA systems, is a key aspect of this role.
  • Additional expertise in BOBJ, BODS, Cloud Connector, Content Server, and OpenText is considered an advantage.
  • Managing SSL and SSO configurations, including certificate exchange, renewal, and trust establishment between systems, is a critical task.
  • You will be responsible for handling SAP Basis administration tasks such as transport and printer administration, job scheduling, and system operations planning.
  • Maintaining multiple SAP instances (development, test, training, and production), ensuring environment stability and integrity, is essential.
  • You will oversee the SAP Correction and Transport System (CTS) to manage configuration and development object movements across systems.
  • Introducing technical changes using structured methodologies to minimize risks while ensuring system reliability, availability, and performance is a key responsibility.
  • Configuring and managing SAP printing subsystems across all instances is a critical function.
  • You will plan and execute SAP performance tuning strategies to maintain system efficiency.
  • Monitoring system health, including work processes, logs, short dumps, locks, traces, and disk space usage, is a vital task.
  • Supporting SAP application upgrades, patches, and client copy activities is an essential part of this role.
Key Requirements
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Solid hands-on experience with SAP Basis administration in both ABAP and JAVA systems.
  • Knowledge of SAP web dispatcher configuration is required.
  • Proficiency in SSL/SSO setup and certificate management is essential.
  • Experience with SAP performance monitoring, tuning, and upgrades is necessary.
