Lead Structural Engineering Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced structural engineer to lead our engineering team in delivering exceptional results. As a senior-level expert, you will be responsible for designing and analyzing complex structures, leading projects from conception to completion, and providing technical guidance to junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement robust design solutions for steel and aluminum structures, including foundation designs and loading diagrams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate design activities and ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot structural issues using advanced software tools like RISA 3D, Staad.Pro, and MicroStation.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality production drawings and project-related data.
  • Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to less experienced engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and project management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program.
  • Minimum 8 years of related experience (master's degree may be substituted for one year of experience).
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects within budget and timelines.
  • Advanced knowledge of industrial standards and codes.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in structural analysis software.
