Marketplace Executive

Expanding our presence across leading online marketplaces is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team. We're seeking a highly motivated Marketplace Executive to lead end-to-end onboarding and setup of our brand across relevant Indian and international fashion marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketplace Onboarding & Management: Oversee the entire process of setting up our brand on leading Indian and international fashion marketplaces.
  • Revenue Growth Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth through marketplace channels, identifying opportunities and building plans to scale sales.
  • Catalog Optimization: Ensure product listings are accurate, compelling, and optimized for visibility and conversions across platforms.
  • Promotions & Campaigns: Strategize, execute, and monitor marketplace promotions, seasonal campaigns, and brand partnerships to maximize sales and engagement.
  • Performance Analysis: Track key metrics (traffic, conversion, returns, profitability) and generate actionable insights to inform data-led strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketplace initiatives.
  • Compliance & Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers and ensure compliance with platform requirements.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing fashion businesses on marketplaces, with expertise in Indian and global markets.
  • Skillset: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and comfort with marketplace dashboards.
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of e-commerce operations, listing standards, returns management, and pricing strategies.
  • Mindset: Self-driven, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities and platforms.
  • Passion: Genuine interest in fashion, marketplaces, and digital commerce.
