Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead the full project lifecycle from planning through execution, cutover, and hyper care.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Define and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including integration developers, architects, QA, and operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for regular status updates, risk reviews, and steering committee briefings.
Technical Expertise:
  • Understand EDI / MFT architecture, familiarity with data exchange protocols and integration patterns.
  • Coordinate SDLC activities including discovery, design, development, testing, and deployment using tooling.
  • Ensure dual-run capability and rollback readiness during phased cutovers.
Team Management:
  • Support hiring and onboarding of internal and external resources.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer, documentation, and operational handover.
Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure adherence to security, audit, and compliance standards.
  • Oversee UAT, performance validation, and production readiness checks.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in integration or middleware projects.
  • Proven experience managing Integrations, EDI, MFT or API-led migration programs.
  • High level understanding of middleware and EDI solutions.
  • Familiarity with SDLC automation for productivity improvements.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution skills.
  • PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred.

Nice to Have:
Experience with AI-ready integration platforms and observability tools.
Exposure to user-centric file exchange models and self-service portals.
Prior work experience with large-scale enterprise integration programs.
