  • Flexibility and teamwork are highly valued
  • Basic computer literacy is necessary
  • Educational Qualifications include a Diploma in Special Education approved by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI)
  • Preferrable qualifications include experience in managing children with special needs
  • A graduate degree is preferred
