Job Title

A Leadership Role for Strategic Growth

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our PLM IT Services Practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic roadmap, building and scaling practice capabilities, and establishing technical excellence.

  • Create a comprehensive strategic plan aligned with business objectives.
  • Builddelivery teams, solutions, tools, and processes.
  • Foster an environment of technical and delivery excellence within the practice.
  • Enhance offerings, reusable assets, and capabilities to strengthen the practice.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal dependency on top management.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to define go-to-market strategies.
  • Support pre-sales activities including proposals, RFPs/RFIs, and customer presentations.
  • Identify and pursue account expansion opportunities within key client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong C-level relationships with strategic customers.
  • Analyze financial KPIs and drive profitability and growth targets.
  • E nsure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery of all projects.
  • Implement robust governance frameworks and conduct regular reviews.
  • Define and monitor delivery KPIs and SLAs to ensure consistent performance.
  • Deliver services projectsmainly focusing on customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify future skill requirements and develop internal competencies.
  • Partner with HR to attract, retain, and develop top PLM talent.
  • Establish a scalable organization supported by strong internal processes and systems.
  • Effectively manage the talent pyramid — skills alignment, attrition control, and resource utilization.
  • Drive the creation of reusable IP, frameworks, accelerators, and proprietary solutions.
  • Contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers, webinars, and industry events.
  • Stay informed about emerging market trends, tools, technologies, and competitor strategies.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 15-25 years in IT services, with at least 5 years in Project/Practice Management.
  • Proven experience in building and scaling practices or COEs.
  • Optional: Strong background in one or more PLM platforms.
  • Deep delivery and people management experience across global teams.
  • Strategic thinking, strong business acumen, and executive presence.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Engineering or Technology graduate; MBA preferred.
