Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary creative leader to craft innovative solutions for our clients across diverse industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing campaign strategies, managing teams, and driving results.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive campaign plans that encompass creative ideation, scriptwriting, and copywriting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize creative pitches and showcases.
  • Present campaign plans and scripts to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain high standards of creativity and pursue awards recognition.
  • Report to the Creative Director and receive guidance, feedback, and references.
  • Coordinate daily with the Integrated Solutions Team on tasks ranging from social media posts to annual campaign strategies.
  • Provide visual direction to the graphic design team.
  • Break down briefs for junior creatives to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Manage revisions based on internal or external feedback and set realistic timelines.
  • Presentation throughout the production process.
