Job Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven professional to join our team as a Pre-Sales Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding their IT infrastructure needs, and providing tailored solutions.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients, identifying their business requirements and delivering customized solutions that meet their needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Technical consulting to understand client requirements
  • Preparing and delivering presentations to showcase solutions
  • Assisting the sales team with proposals to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining high-level communication with clients to ensure seamless delivery and post-sales support

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong sales consulting and consulting skills
  • Customer satisfaction and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with IT infrastructure and cloud solutions (desirable)
  • Proven ability to work in an on-site role in Gurugram
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
