Job Title
">- A key role in our global IT team is available for a skilled Microsoft 365 Administrator.
We are seeking a proactive administrator to join our team at Bengaluru. The administrator will be responsible for migrating files from local network shares worldwide to SharePoint Online and OneDrive, handling second-level support for Microsoft 365-related incidents and service requests, working on Microsoft 365 Collaboration services including Sharepoint, OneNote, and OneDrive, planning, coordinating, and executing file migrations from on-premises network shares to SharePoint Online and OneDrive using Microsoft and third-party tools, collaborating with global teams to understand local requirements and ensure minimal disruption during migrations, providing second-level support for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint, troubleshooting and resolving incidents and service requests escalated from the first-level support team, monitoring service health and performance of Microsoft 365 services and proactively addressing issues, assisting in user training and adoption of Microsoft 365 tools and best practices, and working closely with security and compliance teams to ensure data governance and protection policies are followed.
">Requirements
The ideal candidate should be a full-time graduate with 3-5 years of IT experience, preferably with a mix of start-up and traditional setup. They should have Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900) certification, proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Administrator or similar role, hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams, strong knowledge of file migration tools, such as SharePoint Migration Tool, Mover, or third-party solutions like Sharegate or AvePoint, experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks, familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing systems, such as ServiceNow or Jira, excellent troubleshooting and communication skills, and ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a global environment.
">Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the migration of files from local network shares worldwide to SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
- Handle second-level support for Microsoft 365-related incidents and service requests, ensuring smooth operations and user satisfaction.
- Work on Microsoft 365 Collaboration services including Sharepoint, OneNote, and OneDrive.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute file migrations from on-premises network shares to SharePoint Online and OneDrive using Microsoft and third-party tools.
- Collaborate with global teams to understand local requirements and ensure minimal disruption during migrations.
- Provide second-level support for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests escalated from the first-level support team.
