About this Role:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to drive project success by analyzing business needs, identifying solutions, and implementing effective project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and develop comprehensive project plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather system requirements and ensure compliance with ISO/CMMI standards
  • Leverage strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide teams towards successful project outcomes
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills to articulate project goals, risks, and status to stakeholders at all levels
  • Utilize analytical skills to evaluate data and make informed decisions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least two projects of IT systems implementation for national/subnational level/ PSU in India or abroad as business analyst in public finance and/or related domains
  • Experience in projects involving business process re-engineering and system requirements gathering;
  • Fluency in English and Hindi; Fluency in Assamese is required
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
