Financial Education Specialist

We are seeking highly motivated Financial Literacy Specialists to deliver engaging financial education sessions under BFSI skill development initiatives. The specialist will conduct financial awareness sessions, guiding participants on essential concepts and improving their understanding of banking, savings, investments, credit, insurance, and digital finance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality financial literacy training sessions to target groups including youth, women, rural populations, SHGs, and unbanked segments as per project curriculum.
  • Train participants on the basics of banking & financial services, savings, budgeting, insurance, credit management, government schemes, digital banking, and cyber security.
  • Maintain session quality standards, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Record attendance, feedback, and training records as per reporting requirements.
  • Motivate learners to adopt formal financial practices and access financial services.
  • Liaise with local stakeholders for mobilization and outreach.
Requirements:
  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably Commerce, Economics, or Social Work) with certification in Financial Literacy desirable.
  • Experience: 1–5 years in training or community outreach roles, preferably in financial inclusion or BFSI skill projects.
  • Skills Required: Good communication skills, basic understanding of BFSI products, ability to connect with grassroots participants, familiarity with digital tools, and documentation skills.
